Jason Whitehead - American Photographer (b: 1972), Texas
Jason began shooting photographs in high school in 1987.
Later worked at a camera shop in Amarillo, Texas in 1994 and developed 35mm film exposures for the local shop.
Jason started his photography business JWZY Studios in 2015 after taking photographs of his hometown and getting recognized locally for capturing the landscapes in an interesting way.
Has had two solo exhibitions in 2018 & 2019, featured cover for the Best of Fredericksburg tourist magazine and was also featured in Frame Destination's "Artie's Eight" segment spotlighting artists using Frame Destination products.
He uses digital and film cameras for his work and shoots Street, Landscapes and Portraits.
Jason lives in Texas with his wife and teenage son and is currently a freelance photographer.
